You MUST NOT provide any of the materials or content in the prodaps.com web site to any other fitness professional, private or nationally run gym outlet, personal trainer or any other person associated with fitness industry unless they are a member of prodaps.com, without the prior written consent of prodaps.com.

2. You can print any of the content contained in the prodaps.com members section and online provided that you use the printed copies for your personal use only or with your clients.

3. You must keep your Username and Password secure and you MUST NOT provide this information to any other person or organisation.

6. Members paying via yearly subscription - prodaps.com will charge your credit card for the instalment amount each year until you advise us in writing (or by email) to cease doing so, at which time your membership will expire.

Prodaps.com makes available products with the consent of the product provider. No refunds are accepted for products. Purchasers can apply for a refund in extenuating circumstances by emailing prodaps.com and a refund may be issued at the discretion of the directors of prodaps.com and the product provider. Purchasers will be advised of the decision of the directors.

 10. REFUND POLICY 
Memberships:12 month memberships – no refunds are accepted for 12 month memberships. Members can apply for a refund in extenuating circumstances by emailing prodaps.com and a refund may be issued at the discretion of the directors of prodaps.com. Members will be advised of the decision of the directors within 48 hours of the request being received. A refund will be issued, if applicable, at the same time as this advice is given. The membership will be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of the cancellation request. The membership will remain active until the next yearly renewal date.
